This year’s exceptional weather has resulted in a significant increase in demand for our water butts and tanks. However, rotationally moulded water butts like ours are a premium product because moulding them takes time; the thick walls are built up as the product rotates slowly in an oven. Unfortunately, extreme heat slows down this process further as products take longer to cool before they can be demoulded. Our moulders show great resilience in very difficult circumstances and are working exceptionally hard to fulfil orders.
We are making every effort to reduce waiting times and assure you that we are exploring every option available to us. Sadly, some of these take time to put in place.
You are most welcome to pre order our products by choosing the “Pay on Dispatch” option at the checkout. We will put your order on to the production schedule and will call to take payment once your order is ready.
