How it's made
How we make our Single IBC Bund
Each of our products are made using a steel mould which is then loaded with powder. The loaded mould is then lowered into an oven and heated until the product forms. Next comes the demoulding process, then finally tidying up before dispatch.
While rotational moulding does create a superior product, this lengthy process means we can only produce a limited number of products in a single day. Hence from time-to-time, we can experience longer lead times.
