Rainwater filter for bigger roof areas to 450 m2. Self cleaning, low maintenance intervals with an easily removed filter for cleaning.This model has a side outlet.

Reduce wasting water when collecting higher volumes of water for big tanks. High level filtering efficiency independent of flow rate with continuous filtering of dirt particles.

The filter is frost resistant. The structure of the stainless steel sieve lets dirt wash directly into drainage system so is self-cleaning. The filter easily removed for cleaning making the 1000595 a very low maintenance model.

    The VF1 Combi is a rainwater filter is suitable for roof areas up to 450 m² and can be installed inside or on an above ground tank. The cleaned water outlet is at the bottom of the filter, making installation easy. Dirt is washed sideways and can be directed to a soakaway or pit using 110mm pipe. The VF1 Combi can be fitted directly to the top surface of the rainwater tank, using a seal provided, acting as a second turret to the tank.

    Max. Flow Rate Sieve insert 1,5 l/sec = 5,4 m³ cleaned water per hour.

    Height difference between inlet and outlet 300 mm.

    The cleaned water can be used in washing machines, toilet flushing and garden watering, in homes, in commerce, in public buildings and in industry.

    The filter has to be cleaned depending on the contamination 1 - 2 times during the year.

    How it Works
    1. As water arrives the level builds up and is equally distributed across the cascade.
    2. During pre cleaning through the cascades, the largest dirt particles are led across the primary filter cascades directly to waste.
    3. Pre filtered water then flows over the secondary filter sieve (mesh size 0,65 mm). Due to the special mesh structure of the sieve, any dirt washes directly to waste which means the filter is self cleaning, with very low maintenance.
    4. Cleaned water flows to the storage tank through the outlet at the bottom of the filter.
    5. Dirt goes to waste.
