Payment

The dispatch of your products will happen when the credit/debit card details have been verified or cheque has been cleared. Prices that are on the website are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery

Please note that delivery charges vary on different products.

Please allow 3-7 days for your goods to be dispatched. If your goods have not arrived in 30 day please either call 0871 200 2082 or e-mail sales@ecosure.co.uk
Bulk items i.e oil tanks that are subject to a redelivery have a minimum delivary charge of £95 + VAT.

Refunds

You may return any goods within 7 days of recieving them, however we will charge you 20% of a restocking charge. This will not apply to goods that have been incorrectly supplied.
