The Wireless XL Battery Powered Fuel Tank Tilt Switch Kit comprises of a Wireless Alarm Receiver & Battery Powered Vibration Sensor and is designed to be fitted to the underneath of a Fuel Tank Lids, if the lid is opened the alarm will activate.

The system has a Wireless transmission range of 80 metres (line of sight), the Receiver plugs into a standard 13-amp wall socket and has a built in 100 Db Siren, the receiver can also trigger additional external sirens, a telephone auto-dialer or even a wall socket timer switch. The Receiver can take 4 x AAA batteries which will keep the alarm working if the power is cut.

The Tilt Switch Detector is powered by a 3v lithium coin battery and is supplied with an additional plastic housing box to increase weather & damp protection. Attach the protective plastic box to the underneath of the fuel tank lid using either double sided tape or self tapping screws, the battery powered tilt switch simply fits into this box.

The XL Receiver can be set to Arm or Disarm using the built in keypad or by using an additional remote control, you can also set it to alert only for applications that do not require a full blown alarm condition.
