About the 1000 Litre Bunded Oil Tank
Our slimline bunded oil tank is one of the thinnest 1000 litre oil tanks on the market today. Its ribbed sides and new strengthened lid creates a strong durable oil tank fit to stand the tests of time.

Manufactured from a tough plastic called MDPE (medium density polyethylene) makes this bunded oil tank weather and impact resistant. We only use high quality plastic to create our tanks which means you can be assured your buying a first grade product.

As security is paramount with regard to keeping your oil safe, all Ecosure bunded oil tanks come fitted with a hasp and staple which can be used with a padlock help keep your oil safe.

Under the lockable lid you will find a 2" male overfill prevention valve and inspection cap. There is also a yellow bung which can be removed to add a level gauge if required.

Using the oil inside your tank could not be easier, located at the bottom of the tank is a 1" female BSP outlet which can be used to connect straight to your boiler.

    Ecosure Oil Tanks

    Our oil tanks are made from a seamless one piece mould in a strong durable plastic called MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene). At approximately 7-8 mm thick, Ecosure oil tanks have been engineered to exceed the most demanding requirements, including The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001 and comparable requirements throughout the British Isles. All Ecosure oil tanks come pre-fitted with an overfill prevention valve.

    Our oil tanks are ideal for both home and commercial use as we have a large range of tanks that meet the demands of the enviornmental agency which start from 450 Litres up to 19,000 Litres.

    Delivery Details

    Delivery costs vary from tank to tank due to there size. Most Ecosure oil tank can be delivered between 3 - 5 working days*. Please call for details on 0871 200 2082

    * This is an average time scale, however not a guarantee and deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland and West Wales can be longer.


    Installation

    Installation of an oil tank should be done by an OFTEC technician. You can find your nearest OFTEC Technician here

    The oil tank must sit on a bed of concreate ( or soild surface) with a 300mm space around the entire tank. Pumps are not allowed to be fitted to an oil tank however Tiger Loops are the legal alterative.
